We finally have red strawberrys here in the northwest. I bought a flat and a half and made some strawberry jam. Greg bought some blackberry jam this winter that was sweetend with agave syrup it was $9.00 for a small jar. (see why I don't send him to the store) I decided to make some myself for a fraction of the cost and just a little time on my part. If you use Pomonas Pectin and add 3/4 of a cup of agave for the sugar portion of the recipe it turns out great! Very little sugar lots of yummy fruit for everyone.
